Customer service is very hard! If we do everything right, you won’t have many issues! Oh, if the world were only so simple! The best customer service is “communication” and we know that if your order didn't show up correctly or you had trouble with checkout, or you want to track your package, you are interested in communicating with us right away! Here are the best ways to communicate any problems you may have directly from us. If you use any of these channels and don’t hear from us within 24 hours then email or call us again!! CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAILS: IF EMAILS DO NOT RESULT IN CONTACT or YOU PREFER PHONE: Our normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern. Often we are in on Saturday but not always. If you contact us on late Friday or over the weekend we will most likely not get back to you until Monday.
