Product Disclaimer.
Here at MJR Sales we love to bring the lowest prices on Famous Fashions and all the designers you love. Rather than employing an army of people to intensively inspect every single piece and having to raise our prices, we put together a general product disclaimer so you can understand the nature of our products and we can focus on getting you the best deals.
Due to the nature of our items many of them will have minor imperfections such as the following.
- Deodorant marks
- Makeup marks
- Faint marks, wrinkles, snags from storage and previous handling
- Minor separation of seams
- Shoes , Purses may have an “X” marking (on the bottom or inside, preventing returns of the items)
- Clipped / marked labels ( preventing returns of the items)
- Some embellishments/sequins may become loose or fall off during shipping and handling.
- Faint pen marks
- Scuff marks on bottom of shoes.
- Indentations on bras
We find that many of these imperfections can be easily fixed. Any major flaws not listed above will be stated in the description of the item.
Items marked as “NWT” (new with tags) or “NWOT” (new without tags) should be free of flaws. Should any flaws be found it will be described thoroughly in the description.
What types of Products and Categories does MJR Sales sell?
Most of our product offered on our website (or EBay)are Catalogue Returns. If the item is not indicated as NEW, (NWOT or NWT) assume it is a Catalogue Return. If there is a notable fault on an item, we strive to indicate the nature of the fault in the product listing. It is possible there are inherent issues with these types of products because they have been shipped several times and may have been handled by previous customers. There may be minor make-up marks or very small snags or runs. We will do our best to represent them but we may not catch all issues. As a buyer you need to understand this type of product and be willing to accept some risk. As a seller we have a multiple tiered review system and we operate with the "Golden Rule" principal. We want to treat you as we would want to be treated. However, the nature of the product and of selling on eBay makes it impossible to identify all issues. The low cost selling points of many of these products reflects the risk level involved with buying and selling it.
We also sell NEW or First Quality Items. {New Without Tags (NWOT) and New With Tags (NWT).} On eBay, an item that has NWOT or NWT in the items specific tab is First Quality. There should be no flaws associated with this product.
Do your products have Price Tickets?
Our products generally will not come with Price Tickets. Since it is typically an item from a catalog operation the items never possess retail price tickets.
Are all of your products Authentic?!
All of our products are 100% Authentic. We have bought directly from actual manufacturers and retailers for many years.
What will be the condition of the labels of the product I buy? Will they be left in?
The “WMFSLC” sells all kinds of products beyond Bras, Panties, or Lingerie Sleepwear that you do not see in their Mall Stores. (The Store and The Catalogue are actually completely separate divisions of the company!) The Catalogue also carries Shoes, Clothing, Outerwear and Accessories! The “Famous Label” that we can’t mention is used in the Bras, Panties, and Lingerie Sleepwear. On every piece of Bras, Panties, or Sleepwear Lingerie that famous label sends out of their distribution center, the Label is removed before it leaves. The Care Content and Size Label of pink satin remains in the garment.
In all of the other categories, Sportswear, Shoes and Accessories, the World’s Most Famous Lingerie and Sportswear Catalogue uses their own Private Labels (Moda, Colin Stuart) and they sell very famous other Brands like Betsey Johnson, Calvin Klein, Penny Loves Kenny, and ABS, only to name a few. These labels remain intact except that they may be marked or snipped. The catalogue does this to stop the return of the items sold as discount.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items, and how long can I wait?
We gladly provide a Combined Shipping Option. See the chart above for the discounts on multiple items. You can wait up to seven (7) days for an item to close in order to combine shipping.
Customer MUST leave orders UNPAID in order to combine over 7 day period.
You cannot close an auction then wait six days for another auction to close but just before the sixth day, bid on yet another item and wait another seven days!
Does MJR Sales ship to PO Boxes?
MJR Sales is able to deliver to all postal addresses, including Post Office boxes.
After I pay how long before my package ships?
Typically we will ship your package out of our warehouse between 1-4 business days after we receive your payment. There are a number of factors that can affect the time out of our warehouse such as weekends or holidays. Also Canadian or International Shipments may take longer depending upon the required paperwork needed.
Can I track my shipment?
Any and every time you buy from us you should receive an email that indicates we have shipped and gives you a tracking number to follow your package. You should be prompted to go to the Fed Ex tracking site, or the USPS tracking site.

What are expected shipping transit times for DOMESTIC (Continental 48 States)? Once a package leaves our warehouse there is a 3-7 business day transit time. This time varies greatly depending upon the distance of your location from us and the weight of the package. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the shipment along with all of the pertinent tracking information.

What exactly is Fed Ex SMART POST and how is it good for me as a customer?
After a very long search we believe we have found the best alternative to shipping to the continental 48 states. Fed Ex SMART POST combines all of the best practices of Fed Ex and the solid daily efficiency of the US POSTAL SERVICE. Fed Ex works closely with the POSTAL SERVICE to consolidate packages and delivers a bulk group to the nearest POST OFFICE to you. The postal carrier then takes it “the last mile” to your house. We are fortunate enough to be near Columbus, Ohio which features one of the largest and fastest sorting hubs in the Fed Ex network.
We are the first company in the country to have installed the particular system that we have and Fed Ex has been most helpful. They are very interested in seeing how this system works for us and our customers. Fed Ex has been most helpful in immediately solving any issues we raise with transit times, etc. Your package has the entire watchful eye of Fed Ex keeping a close watch on it to make sure it gets to your destination.

RETURN POLICY FAQ’s
How much time do I have to return an item?
If you buy a CUSTOMER RETURN item from our website (or an EBay auction or buy it now feature), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be advised that in the Description section of every one of our listings we indicate the status of every item with the words “New” (First Quality) or “Customer Return” See the section of “About Our Products” for further definition of a Customer Return. This section will also define the concept of a catalog return and the types of minor flaws you may see on the item!
Can I return a item if it does not fit?
There is a $2.00 Restocking Fee per item if you are returning the item because of fit or dislike. We DO NOT reimburse the original shipping and handling that was charged. The customer will be responsible for the cost for return shipping.
What are acceptable reasons for returns?
If an item is a wrong size, wrong color or completely wrong item we will allow a return, for an exchange of the correct product if it is in stock. Otherwise, we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return.
Do I need a “Return Authorization” to return any item?
IN ALL CASES, no matter what the reason, you must contact us in advance for RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please see the Contact us information for complete details. There you will see the appropriate Emails, Phone Numbers, and Address to return.
Who pays shipping cost for any return?
Original and return shipping cost will be reimbursed on all items due to: wrong item, color, or size, (other than what you purchased)

How long do I have to Pay?
We expect payment within 7 days of winning. However, you can wait until you are all done shopping, and then pay all together at the end to save on shipping (within a 7 day period).
What payment methods will MJR Sales accept?
We accept: Paypal, and all credit cards including Visa, Discover, Master Card, and Amex (Issued in the USA).
How do I know that you received my payment?
As soon as we have received your payment and processed accordingly we will send you a confirmation email indicating we have processed your payment. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
What if I want to have MJR Sales ship to a different address?
If you need to change an address for shipping purposes, you must notify us immediately. We do ship quickly so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship to an address other than the one we get as a default! Of course we want to do everything we can to accommodate our customers!
Can I pick up locally?
If you live close to or around the Columbus, Plain City area, you may pick up your order at our facility. 24 hour advance notice is required. Normal shipping and handling rates apply.
What do I do if I have a Promotional Code and it doesn't work?
You will be prompted to enter a promotional code at checkout. If it does not work it could be a variety of factors. You will need to contact us to fix the issue at esales@mjrsales.com or 614-733-3800 Ext 3900.

We are not the owner of any of the Trademarks of any item we sell you. Buying it from us does not allow you to represent that you have an Agency Relationship with the Trademark holder or that any Trademark owner has authorized you to sell it. We can assure that all products are Authentic.
