Customer Return Items:
If you buy a CUSTOMER RETURN item from our website (or an EBay auction or buy it now feature), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be advised that in the Description section of every one of our listings we indicate the status of every item with the words “New” (First Quality) or “Customer Return” See the section of “About Our Products” for further definition of a Customer Return. This section will also define the concept of a catalog return and the types of minor flaws you may see on the item!

First Quality or New Items:
If you buy an item from us that is “New “ or " First Quality" and it was a “Buy It Now” or Fixed Price purchase then you may return the item if it arrives damaged. You must return the item with 7 days of your receipt of it. It cannot show signs of being worn or washed.

The item may be returned for full credit on your next purchase. We will give you a very specific code to use on that next purchase. The Code will be valid for up to 90 days from the day we issue it to you. You must use it before the 90 day expiration.

Reasons for Returns:

Wrong Size
If an item is a wrong size we will allow a return, for an exchange of the correct product size if we have it. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

Wrong Color
If you order a black top and receive a green top we will allow an exchange. Otherwise we will give you a credit against future purchases after we receive the return. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

Completely Wrong Item:
If we completely send you the wrong item we will allow an exchange for the correct one, or a credit against future purchases. We will pay for return shipping on these types of mistakes.

Other Reasons
If the item doesn't’t fit or you decide later that you do not want it, sorry but we cannot except these returns. We sell items that are very widely known and their fits are very consistent. As the customer you will need to be responsible for knowing the product and the fit.

Return Authorization:
IN ALL CASES, no matter what the reason, you must contact us in advance for RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Please see the Contact us information for complete details. There you will see the appropriate Emails, Phone Numbers, and Address to return.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Any time we make a mistake that warrants a return we will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The required return method will be discussed on a case by case basis during the Return Authorization process.

Refund Payments:
We are not able to refund money through Paypal. We will only be able to send a check. Typically this could take 1-2 weeks to reach you. We are sorry for this delay but there is a process that we need to follow in the matter of refunds.
