How much time do I have to return an item? view answer

You must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your items to obtain a Return Authorization (#RA). No exceptions will be made. Contact us at our Help Center or 614-733-3800 Ext 3900.

Can I return a item if it does not fit? view answer

There is a $2.00 Restocking Fee per item if you are returning the item because of fit or dislike. We DO NOT reimburse the original shipping and handling that was charged. The customer will be responsible for the cost for return shipping. You will still need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #(RA). Contact us at our Help Center or 614-733-3800 Ext 3900.

What are acceptable reasons for returns? view answer

If an item is a wrong size, wrong color or completely wrong item we will allow a return, for a replacement of the correct product. However, we are unable to guarantee the replacement item will be available. If the replacement item is unavailable we will issue you a credit for future purchases or refund your order back to the original method of payment. Credits towards future purchases and refunds will be issued once the item has been returned. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your credit, return or exchange to be processed.

Do I need a “Return Authorization” to return any item? view answer

In all cases, no matter the reason, you must contact us in advance for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #(RA). The required return method will be discussed on a case by case basis during the Return Authorization process. In cases of our error, we will pay for return shipping. Returned items without a proper Return Authorization will not be accepted. You have seven 7 days from the receipt of your item to obtain an RA. Who pays shipping cost for any return? view answer
